Well I a thought the consultation Kim was just to talk more about goals.. measurements etc.
Wrong...I had a workout session to let me know what I had in store for me.

My first session with Kim was today and it was amazing, I realized the difference today that I never truly worked out before, I will continue to get better he is an amazing trainer and the atmosphere is very motivating great place getting ready for round two

A gym like no other! Mr. Kim is absolutely unmeasurable compared to other trainer I know and have experienced. He’s not a drill Sargent, but he definitely pushes you to the max. Your arms and legs will feel like jello! And that is a exactly what you want!

Mr. Kim is amazing very professional. I only had a consultation so far but I’m anxious to start my sessions. Facility is set up very nice and spacious for comfort.

Kim was recommended to me by an associate after expressing my disappointments and frustrations to her. I told her about how I have been trying to find a Personal Trainer who would be willing and capable of working with my physically challenged teen-aged daughter. She said that she knew someone who could do it and gave me his contact information.

I dropped by Phit Shop to get a feel for him and I asked if he would be comfortable working my daughter, he said, “Yes” and to set up an appointment to meet with him. Wow! I thought, that was easy!

I don’t think that my daughter expected to work out at the initial appointment, and for that matter, neither did I. (Lol!). I was so impressed with the exercises he had her doing. She left out of there sweating!

It’s now been a little over a week and a total of 4 sessions, so far, and i am already seeing progress. I could feel Kim’s energy from the very start! He seemed to just jump right in and share in my passion to help my daughter become both physically and emotionally stronger. Unlike the past Trainers who shied away, Kim on the other hand, seems to have insight and a knack for this sort of stuff, and was up for the challenge.

I must admit that I was apprehensive about writing a review too soon, especially after being let down in the past, but Kim is such a likable guy and easy to talk with. His sincerity shows.

He asks questions and he listens to gain understanding of how he can help us. He is very creative, and open to trying new things. We are truly grateful to have met him and look forward to working with him for a long time.

Highly, highly recommend! Kim did a fantastic job with helping to ease some of the pain I was having from an IT Band injury. Will definitely book again!
